Office Manager

Location: San Mateo, California

As an Office Manager, you’ll organize office operations and procedures, ensuring that our team at Revvo is staying efficient. You’ll be responsible for coordinating between different groups of employees, implement initiatives to increase efficiency, and provide administrative support to our employees.

What you do

  • Schedule meetings and communicate efficiently with team members
  • Assist in task management and record tracking for office tasks and duties
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage office budget and assist with sales reports and invoicing
  • Receive, prioritize, and escalate inbound reachouts to our company’s official channels
  • Organize office visits by employees, customers, potential customers and other guests
  • Facilitate communication between HQ office location and remote employees/offices
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate company functions including events, tradeshows, and job fairs
  • Coordinate, track, and manage our office IT and hardware inventory

Required Skills

  • Conscientiousness and commitment to following through on tasks
  • Professionalism in communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resourceful – you might not have all the answers, but you know how to find them

 

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience as an office administrator or manager
  • Passionate about supporting and transforming customers’ experience
  • Passionate about safety in the mobility industry
  • Knows how to change a tire!
